The Future of Abraham Cloud is a commitment to produce one album a year. This commitment worked well until 2024 when overwhelmed with too much material Cloud was only able to release one single, “Delilah Lilac.” Release wise the year was upsetting , but Delilah was a light bouncy kind of funny tune….pretty much a total turn-a-round.
Being a writer for so long …the backlog of songs is insane. Abraham’s goal is to take all the old haggard half written songs of his past….glue them together and repaint….then plop them down on the street for public viewing.
This is also a method for writing new and vital music. The process of dredging up and dwelling in the past , it is hoped that brand new eggs will hatch and creatures will begin walking around his tiny apartment forcing him to open the windows and let them out.
